My new book On Relationality is coming out soon
I’ve written a short book. It’s called On Relationality.
Inspired by the work of philosopher Martin Buber, it’s an exploration of the relational nature of reality, and how we can learn to relate more effectively and appropriately with all that we meet in life. It’s based on the notion that we are always in relationship, all of the time. The only question is how we bring ourselves to those encounters.
The slim volume is a synthesis of what I’ve learned in working with people and groups over the years. It combines philosophical questions and practical suggestions for living more relationally in leadership and the rest of life.
The book will be out in a couple of weeks.

Stay tuned.
Moving to Sweden
As I’ve announced elsewhere, I’m moving back to Sweden. Together with my partner and son, we'll be in Stockholm from the summer onwards.
I’m looking forward to connect with initiatives and projects that are happening locally. I’m particularly interested in getting to know people and organizations that are working on: regenerative and embodied leadership, healing and trauma work, addressing the meaning and meta crises, and bringing philosophy and metaphysics to business.
I’m also looking for office space to host 1-on-1 coaching sessions and therapeutic treatments.
If you’re in town or know people who are, feel free to reach out.
The Yellow Journal
If you’d like to follow along on what we’re up to at Yellow, subscribe to the Yellow Journal. It’s a very occasional newsletter where we share what we’re learning as conveners of the adventure that is Yellow.
Our latest post was about thinking together as groups and the pitfalls of best practices like breakout rooms.
We continue to venture into new territory in sessions. In the past two weeks we’ve explored the other side of strategy with the Dean at the US Air Force Strategy School, discussed what it means to betray ambition with an artist, and chewed over individual and systemic food waste with a chef and innovator.
Hi Alex. Welcome back to Stockholm. Looking forward to reading your book.
At MusikBojen we are members of a co-working space that may interest you. I would be happy to eat lunch there with you and Sophie when you'll be in Stockholm. The place is called ALMA and is situated on Nybrogatan 8. The members have access to small meeting rooms that could serve your purpose. https://www.thisisalma.com/
Good luck with your projects. Claire
